I used to be in the guild some time ago, but i believe this is my first time applying since.

Why do you want to join the Mithril Paw?

I just recently picked the mouse back up and started playing. I transferred servers a while ago to play with my cousin and we both have transferred back home now.

Mithril Paw has always had good people and a relatively relaxed atmosphere. It seems like the best place to be. I hope to meet the new members, make new friends and have fun playing the game, plain and simple.

Tell us a little about your previous experiences within WoW.

I have downed almost every boss except a few in BT previous to Cata. Many with Mithril Paw during Ulduar/Naxx.


Tell us a little about why you've chosen the class you have.

I have been playing support most of my time on WoW, and will do so in the future. But for now I wish to see my name at the top of recount, while managing my aggro

Tell us about any guild experiences you may have had previously.

The guild I was in previous to transferring was a well organized guild. I just had a few friends leave the game. I am always willing to give a lending hand, or helpful advice.

Tell us anything else that lets us know what sort of person you are.

I go to school full time, and am currently looking for full time job. I am a Graphic Designer and work on projects from home atm. I have class most of the time during the days Mon-Thur. I am quite confident I will be able to make most of the raids after achieving my spot on the team.

Why do you want to join the Mithril Paw? My current guild's raiding time is awful. Its 11 to 3 server time...some of use have to sleep you know! Anyways i was looking at progression charts and it seems like you guys look promising. I am currently fully geared out via heroic wise besides my bracers which im working on at the moment.

I have played wow since burning crusades


Well us a little about why you've chosen the class you have.
While in burning crusades my main and first character was a mage. After many runs with tanks that just failed I noticed that paladin tanks were the most successful at keeping aggro so i rolled a paladin. leveled him ret. At level 60 switched him to prot, loved this game ever since. WOTLK just made paladin tanking easier and cata simply made it more challenging, just the way i like it.


Tell us about any guild experiences you may have had previously.
I have never ran a guild however i have been known as the tank to go to for raiding and lots of heroics. most of the guilds i left because they broke apart or they didn't keep raid time promises for me.

lvl 80 dk, frost dps, blood tank, dps gear is mostly i level 251 and up gear (5664 gs if anyone cares) except a couple of pieces i cant seem to find a replacement for. usually do 6-7k dps in raids in current gear
2. Are you familiar with your toon’s off-specs to any degree?
yes have decent tank gear, similar to dps gear mostly i level 251 gear (5592 gs ). have 42k hp unbuffed in blood spec

3. What are your alts, and do you have any serious alts?
the only alt i actually play is evik lvl80 shammy that is a recent 80 and is not geared for any raid yet

4. How old are you IRL, and how often do you play wow? Are you avail for Paw’s sched raids in general?
i am 28, and i am usually available for the scheduled times although work does interfer on occasion if i have to stay late

5. Why are you interested in joining the Paw in particular?
i am looking for a guild that actually raids when they say they are going to. i do not have to raid every week but i do enjoy it. i also like to have fun while playing since this is a game. i have an ingame freind that is in your guild that has told me many nice things and enjoys being in this guild

last stand of valor, very much like the people and had a good time but no one is playing now and we are not raiding anymore since it is a small guild
resurection, when i left had no plans of progressing into icc and i really did not like toc
praetorian guardians, was in guild a week or so and did not seem to fit in

i enjoy raiding and like to progress. but r/l comes first so i can not always raid every week even though i try to. most importantly i like to have fun doing it. i am kinda competitave so i like to try and improve myself and toons as much as i can

9. Please describe an event that occurred during raid which made you angry: when our raid leader got mad about not killing a certain boss that we had killed before and logged without saying anything


10. Please describe an event that occurred during a raid which made you laugh out loud:
after we killed the gun ship our tank and a dps forgot to jump back from the hord ship and went down with it and died

Why do you want to join the Mithril Paw?
-tell us what makes you want to reroll, why do you want to do it with us, and what you wish to achieve by rerolling. To be completely honest i don't know what rerolling is but the reason, i want to join mithril paw is because this guild seems forum and active, and a friend told me is was active.

-it doesnt matter what level your experience is, we just wanna know how much you have.

Well my little brother started playing world of warcraft a long time ago, i was a little interested but when he started to play again i joined on may 28th he as taught me alot about this game but he doesnt know how to get gold and i have dual spec and 600g (to me thats impressive for a 56 that started 2 weeks ago ) so i give him gold for training and stuff. he has a lvl 62 dk and a 55 hunter

Okay. my first character was a mage and i got him to level 32 in 2 days, i wasnt good in pvp on the mage, and the queues took to long so i decided to make a pally for insta queues, but then i got 1kg and then bought dual spec so now im mostly a ret pally and when im tired of waaiting ill spec back to prot and put on second set of gear

Tell us about any guild experiences you may have had previously.
-were you GM for your previous guild: or have you just got fed up of all the drama in your previous /gchat? The previous guilds i was in were disasters, everyone ignored me, flamed me, or caused some sort of disruption.

-whats your personality and disposition? average playing times? what do you enjoy in game? What do you do outside of WoW? Anything interesting we should know?

I'm hot tempered, i hate it when people joke around about things that shouldn't be put in a joke.
i play about 2-10 hours a day honestly it depends on how nice of a day it is outside and if its muggy(i live in tennessee we had the floods recently) I enjoy having fun and talking to people, and dungeons, if im ignored in a guild and no one responds im outtie thats why i left the previous guilds(there were 15+ people on and they went on with their own conversation) I like to swim(for fun), i have a pet snake a lizard 4 dogs 2 cat(you can tell i like animals)

lvl 80 Survival Hunter- currently 4177 GearScore (and climbing!!), I put out a bit over 2k dps in Heroics, normally 2nd or 3rd on recount Dmg list.

I was BM from vanilla up to WOLTK, marks for about...two weeks lol, and have been survival since.

I have one alt, a level 67 holy/Disc priest, I play at least two hours a day on her to keep as current as I can.

I am 25, I am stay at home mom, so I am usually logged in off and on all day, after 7pm I am on very steadily until 11-12 (with small break at 9 to put kid to bed)

I have heard really good things about this guild, nice members, and fun to raid/group with.

Was in Bring the Rain for approx 3 days They decided to merge with another guild, and I had heard kind of mixed review on them. Before that, Age of Sorcery. Fun chat guild. They don't raid or group really it was more for the talk and joking around.
Before that I was on an almost two year break from another server...which is why I am a little behind (but catching up!)

I looked high and low for this thread and or page, and could not find it..but I am sure I would understand.

I have a "Don't give up" attitude. I am behind just a bit, but I don't let that stop me! I try very hard to read all I can about my class, my spec, and any and all fights I go into.
I love raids, mainly for the people, and having such a great time sharing in progression with others.

hmm... Well not just raid, in general, when people show up late...or they get there then realize they have broken gear, or no ammo...or no pots..that is very frustrating.

10. Please describe an event that occurred during a raid which made you laugh out loud:
Guild dancing on the corpse of major boss! Super fun times there

I'm friendly, very helpful...maybe too much at times..I can be a little gullible, which has taught me lessons about listening to advice in wow (with talent builds, and or gear advice lol).
I can get upset if someone lies to me...or is rude to me about something. I believe very strongly in the Golden Rule.

12. what experience do you have in the WOTLK Raids:
None yet I am behind in the gearing up to be accepted into the pugs right now, but I work very hard to correct that, and just in the last month I have made tremendous leaps towards being geared, and ready to start.
